Voice Development

Allegra had the goal of reaching more millennials but was having a hard time figuring out exactly how to speak to them. To help them nail down the tone they were going for, I created a voice guide inspired by a millennial male persona that they could refer to when performing community management on their own posts. This voice guide also served as an example of the way we would speak when writing post copy for all of their future posts. Overall, it helped them to get to know exactly who they were talking to a little better while allowing us to solidify the way the brand sounds.
